Peter Marshall (1973)

Peter Marshall (1973)

It is with a heavy heart I have to inform you of the passing of Peter Marshall.
COVID-19 seems to have touched all our lives over the past two years and no more so than the passing of Peter Marshall (1973) last week. Peter had been in hospital with underlying health issues when he sadly contracted COVID.
His life was one filled with a love of music and in his later years, becoming Dr Peter Marshall, he passed that love onto the younger generation as a music teacher at the Kings School in Sydney.
In his early days he performed with many local Canberra bands going on to gig with such luminaries of the Australian music scene such as Marc Hunter (Dragon), Jim Keays (Masters Apprentices) and Russell Morris. A cruel ending to such a talented and loved man.
